Zhejiang Wangu Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2001, mainly specializes in the manufacture of smart cards, equipment and application systems. Our company covers an area of over 6700 square meters and we attained ISO9001:2000 system certificate of TUV international quality certification organization. We have obtained IC card manufacture license issued by national quality technology supervisory bureau, and the integrated circuit card manufacture organization registered certification issued by national IC card registration center and IC card manufacture license issued by construction ministry. We have also attained the security and risk management certification of MasterCard international organization and obtained the membership. Our annual capacity of magnetic card is 120 million pieces, contact IC card (including SIM card) of 50 million pieces, and contactless card of 6 million pieces.

As we all know, overall quality is a key item. We also know that the quality of the artwork depends on the quality of plate making and color printing. Wangu has used speed-direct-plate-making technology and avoided the evident lowering of the precision of the original due to the conversion from film to plate. Four color and larger page color printing is using UV printing ink, which secures the clearness and entity. Furthermore, it has a production capacity of 360,000 sheets per hour. It satisfies our customers' needs to a maximum. The capacity of high-speed six colors water-free UV printing is 80 million sheets per year on different basic materials of ABS/PET/PVC.

Wangu continuously develops new printing process based on our plate making and printing strength in order to offer the best solution to all of our customers.

The maturity of technology not only depends on the most advanced equipment but also the experience from practice. The lamination technique is of great importance in card manufacture. Wangu has very experienced engineers in the lamination process, who can combine the temperature, pressure and time in an ideal status in lamination process.

Wangu automatic whole-plate card puncher and SIM card puncher equipment have advanced technology, and the edge of products after punching is sharp and the size is stable.

Wangu magcard is produced in a very good environment. ISO9001 and MasterCard management concept is carried out in the production in the design, quality control, logistics and internal environment arrangement. We have used KURZ fully automatic eight trace magnetic stamping machine from Germany. Our annual capacity for magcard is 180 million cards.

Wangu has advanced Muhlbauer contact IC card production line from Germany. The accurate trough milling process makes the single contact IC card packing in ideal status. In the meantime, we also supply reliable technique and quality guarantee for the dual interface card manufacturing. We know clearly the strict requests needed for dual interface card packing.
